• Merchandise may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of delivery confirmation date.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

• Returned items MUST remain unworn, unwashed, order and pet hair free, and must not have deodorant or make-up stains in order to qualify for store credit and also have original tags. All items must be returned in NEW CONDITION.

• When returning shoes, please place shoes in shoe box and ship pack in another box/bag so the original box does not get damaged in the return process.

• Returns on clothing, shoes, jewelry and accessories WILL ONLY BE ELIGIBLE for STORE CREDIT.

• Store credits will be issued to the email address you provided at checkout. Store credits will be in the form of a one-time use discount code that can't be combined with any other discount codes for your returned item(s) once they are received. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received into our distribution center.

• Please note, we are not responsible for lost or damaged during transit to us. We recommend you insure your item as this will provide you with recourse with the shipping company.

All “SALE” items are considered FINAL SALE and will not be covered under the return guidelines.
