Refund Policy:
Our services are NON-REFUNDABLE. We do understand that life happens and every situation will be looked at on a case by case basis. We will work with you!
Please read: We do not control the weather, however we will make a decision that is safe for all parties involved.
Traffic Conditions :
Please be at your designated pickup area within your party time. The clock starts ticking at your reserved time. Please make sure your guests are there on time. This will cut into your booked time slot. We do not offer a grace period.
Any party that is delayed more than 30 minutes will be considered a no show unless prior arrangements have been made within 4 hour notice.
On Time Policy-
Your event begins at the time the Party Bus arrives. Starting and ending times will be strictly enforced.
Such extensions are at the discretion of our drivers, and (if approved)
past the contracted tour ending time, a fee will be required.
Add this to the on time policy
While we try to be flexible, we can't guarantee our Party Bus will be available past the
the charge of $300.00 per hour over the agreed time. the charge of $300.00 per hour over the agreed time. Such overtime will begin at 10 minutes past your party end time.

Alcohol Policy-
Phancee Party Bus does NOT supply alcohol to/for clients. Guests must provide their own alcohol. By participating in the ride, the individual agrees that Party Bus and its
employees are not responsible for any claims for injuries, loss, damage, death, liability, criminal or civil litigation for the participating individual arising out of this ride.
Damages and Liabilities-
If a Guest vomits or releases any other bodily fluids in or on the bus, there will be a
charge of $200.00 payable to the driver or automatically charged to the client’s credit card.
The driver will pull over when safe to do so.

Any damage to bus, equipment, seats, broken windows and the like will result in 250.00 or more to be paid in full at trips end or automatically charged on your card.

​Violence Policy-
Any fighting, loud arguments or harassment toward the driver, staff or guests in or around the Party Bus may result in the termination of the Event at the full discretion of the Driver. Should this occur, client will be fully responsible for the entire agreed upon amount of the Event, and Client and Guests will need to find another means of transportation.
